Financial Planning & Analysis Manager - EMEA
SUMMARY We are looking for a key financial leader to work closely with the Managing Director of EMEA to understand and analyze business performance. The role will work very closely with the VP of FP&A at corporate along with Regional VP of Finance and Operational Leaders in a fast-paced environment.  The role will serve a critical function as the FP&A Business Partner building strategic relationships with Sales Executives across the EMEA region.  The successful candidate will have a strong intellectual curiosity, desire to proactively learn and challenge the status quo along with leading process improvement efforts to help make business decisions in timely manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Work closely with key operational and finance leaders across the organization to analyze the business functions and their impacts on the regional and global P&L.
  • Critically analyze the regional sales channels and proactively challenge the status quo looking for opportunities for P&L improvement.
  • Lead various month end analysis for scorecards, etc.
  • Direct the planning and forecasting process for the EMEA region.  Including but not limited to annual forecasts and budgets as well as strategic planning.
  • Key Performance Analysis including, but not limited to review of FTM (flow through margin), ASP, SG&A, Sales product and model mix, etc.
  • Foreign currency valuation and analysis on year over year and budget impacts.
  • Provide and analyze data for decision support on special projects such as pricing, new product launch business cases, vendor sourcing, etc.
  • Lead creation of budget presentations for Executive team and Board of Directors.
  • Develop and maintain appropriate historical analysis of the full P&L and major KPI’s
  • Ad hoc reporting for CFO, CEO, and other members of the Executive team as requested.
  • Design and implement process improvements in current budget/forecasting process and decision support analysis.
  • Presentation of financial forecast and results to non-financial audiences.
  • Ability to learn and understand various systems including:  OLAP, MSSQL, JDE, etc.  Should be considered an expert in excel and financial modeling.
  • Ability to work effectively with big data.

HR Administrator Responsibilities include:
  • Preparing HR documents
  • Providing relevant employee information to European payroll providers
  • Organizing and maintaining personnel records

Job brief

We are looking for an HR Administrator to support all the HR activities in Europe. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.
Your main administrative duties include partnering with external payroll providers to ensure legal compliance, maintaining personnel records and managing HR documents. Our ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.
Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our HR department supports our employees while conforming to labour laws.


  • Organize and maintain personnel records
  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
  • Revise company policies
  • Liaise with external partners, like payroll providers, and ensure legal compliance
  • Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. head count files)
  • Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
  • Assist all the European payroll providers by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
  • Manage company cars
  • Participate in HR projects


  • Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role in a multinational company
  • Experience with HR software for time and attendance
  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
  • Thorough knowledge of European labour laws
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
  • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
  • BS in Human Resources or relevant field
  • Fluent English
